Hi, I’m Ross.

I’m a Coventry-based Recording, Mixing and Mastering Engineer. I specialise in R&B, Jazz, Neo Soul, and I love working closely with vocalists.

I went to uni at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and got involved into the Birmingham Jazz scene by recording as many Jazz students as possible, from there I completely fell in love with recording, mixing, the entire process really.

Since 2023 I’ve been working as an Engineer at Powerhouse Studios, where I’ve really felt a part of the Coventry music scene. Since then I’ve led Artist Development Programs, Executive Produced over 6 albums, alongside teaching Music Production and Musical Youth Work.

My Approach

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
